plus my dumb gym closes at 9pm! its basically 8pm ive finished eating and wait about 15-30mins to be absorbed, so by 8:30pm im ready to leave, but it takes me 15mins to walk to the gym so...

i guess its ok to just mix protein into milk......coz thats wot i do,..is it effective as a standard caesin protein?
