He was sick and basically in bed 24/7 for a year, lost any strength and muscle he had at the time and had to restart barley being able to lift a bar.

And I believe he has only been lifting for 1...

I can hit 495 @ about 190 morning weight atm. Would have no problem dropping 10lbs for a meet.



As for lifts ITT being kinda low, I will say this. A friend of mine who doesn't have a gym...

I'm 17, been lifting 1 year and about 4 months, and can hit 495x1 dead (with semi decent form)

And I started at like 130lbs sooo...

I dont think 405 is impressive for an adult that does dead...

Sorry to tell you but no you do not get 5k calories a day eating anywhere near the protein/carb/fat macros you have listed.
