I eat a lot of chicken breast and broccoli, but i frikkin hate. I usually put lemon pepper on the chicken and just steam the broccoli. Lately, ive been adding teriyaki sauce but its extra calories...
Im coming to the teen section, because there are a good few that have had great experience/knowledge, and maybe even with the program itself, to give me advice.
I went through some of the videos, and i was wondering if you are suppose to keep doing that exercise until the timer runs out? Or do you choose a specific amount of sets within that time.
So pretty much p90x is a good way of getting lean and cut, which is what i want. I can borrow it from a friend/download p90x anytime, but i wanted to know if it was worth choosing it over...

So lets say a person eats unhealthy food but ends up hitting the minimum protein requirement for muscle growth, not only would that person get fat, but would they gain muscle as well? Im talking...
