I generally take 200mg of caffeine pre-workout, I never really have any trouble getting to sleep with it either. I'm hoping the alphamine doesn't crack me out haha.

Powders have an increased surface area, and would probably absorb quicker. I haven't noticed much of a difference though.

Bulk powders are definitely cheaper.
