    Creatine (Ethyl Ester) + Diet Soda

    I usually mix 2.5g with a small cup of diet soda (pepsi, fresca) to cut down on the acidity. This stuff is really harsh with water.

    Any problems with this?

    I think it really depends on what your eating. If you try to be super clean (oatmeal etc) and do 3k+ it'll be hard. start adding more fats, sugar etc, and 3k will be a joke.
