I also noticed a headache my 3rd or 4th time taking C4. It lasted for about 15-20 minutes but wasn't bad enough for me to stop working out.

Got sick pumps as well. Took it about 45 minutes preworkout and got a pump immediately when doing my warm up sets. Going to experiment with 15-20 minutes pre and see how that goes.
