I have never been a fan of the GF Pro my self so I would go with the Nectar or the Matrix either one. I have always thought the taste of both products to be great and never get old like some flavors...

Have you tried Whey Isolate, some people have those problems with whey conentrates but I have never heard of anyone not being able to stand isolates.
