    Day 2 of If going perfect. 9:37 pm right now and I still have 500+ calories to fill. Huger pangs are hard but animal cuts is saving my ass in the morning. Can't wait to see 1 month results :P

    -Fast is broken at 4 P.M (16 hours mark)

    -Training form 4:00-5:00 P.M on empty stomach

    -Eating window from 5:00-11:59 P.M
