I am at uni doing a sporty/active course and i just can't do weights all the time when as a part of my assessment i have to run 6kms then 12 kms...

i have never been real sore in the bicep, but i have felt stiff in them before.........i do agree i always feel a lot more sorer in places like chest, shoulders, backs ect
