I was ottermode and planned to bulk after but dislocated my shoulder, got surgery and went starvin marvin mode. Bulking right now and it looks like I was poured into these gym pants.

Flex your glutes and abs for 10 or 15 seconds every so often while sitting, not sure if it helps back much but it keeps them from becoming jelly (Chiropractor's advice)
