The only fat "burner" you should use is E + something. If you don't use the E, don't waste your money and just train hard. There are cheaper ways to get a placebo effect.

You could have bought cheap, boring, creatine monohydrate and gotten the same, if not better results. Doesn't look as cool in the cabinet but it will save you money!
