    Either this or you aren't doing a full range with the weighted, to be honest. If you can only do 10 unweighted chinups, but 6 strict ones with 45lbs as you say, something has to give.

    Do chinups, they're more of an economical exercise by hitting your bis and back at once. I've also found they work a lot better on my arms than curls. Chins>curls
