It's that when doing shoulder I don't do lots of excersices and adding triceps to it would make my workout last a bit longer, I don't do biceps on Back day because my grip and forearms will be dead...
Every Friday, when I do Triceps and Shoulders I feel really really like Sh*t.. On the other days I'm always ready to max myself out at the gym and I always do a good workout on those days.
