I have found there's too much overlap for me. I don't know if you'll find the same. What you could do is work hard on deads when not doing rows, and then go easy on deads when working hard on rows.

Most valuable book I ever read was Stuart McRobert's "Beyond Brawn." Goes along well with his "Insider's Guide..." for extremely detailed explanations on how to perform exercises.
