    i wouldnt be lifting at 13, you break a growth plate and you can say hello to being 5 ft flat the rest of your life. I would only do curls and pushups till your 14-15

    I agree that your pec and lats look good as well as your abs. But your arms and shoulders greatly lack and that sorta takes away from the hold picture. Get a pic of the wheels up.
