Its nearly the end of summer, I'd recommend just bulk if wanting to get that strong bigger looking physic and then next summer when you cut you'll look great.

You should be doing cardio at least 1-2 Miles Once or Twice a week.(or just like 10-15 Minutes light Jogging)
With supplements you take if you do & food. Will add up and give you serious heart...
