Honestly I could imagine someone meeting their macros with whey protein, plain pasta and olive oil then taking a multi and pretty much being ok. Not great but ok.
How do they compare to pause squats for the purpose of training explosiveness out of the hole? I've played with the idea of box squats but idk wtf I'd be doing and it seems really easy to form bad...
Never done it but I saw a group of 5 people the other day doing it with a box way too low for all of them so they had to collapse down onto it and completely lose any tightness, plus their knees...
