The stall mat smell is not that bad. It goes away. Also look at the rolled rubber flooring

Looking at the equipment list you have, I would try and get all three machines. Possibly move out the smith machine to off set cost and space if any of these are an issue

Look for a used York split sleeve bar or Texas power bar.
