yeah for sure, feels good to run around an hour or 2 a week too. I could never run on a treadmill or anything like that so basketball is all I got

Felt pretty good tonight. Set a PR which never sucks my chest was super tight though after that set so didn't get the volume I wanted in but weight was moving nice.
