Take a look at ICF 5x5, it might be a better fit for you
Overall a pretty good session :)
Wooot, thanks man. Time to make sure I don't let you down :D
Congrats on your own progress too, you're doing well brah
I want to ease into it but I also want to lift heavy. Much dilemma :P
As a side note, if anyone has any suggestions on what I should do to improve the log, feel free to let me know.
Aww yis, back in the gym. Exams went well.
Most of these were some sort of warmup/ramp-up set hybrid, since I didn't know where my strength levels were. Only memorized the final...
47.5kg (5, 5, 4)
Was legit grinding at the sticking point for about 5 seconds on the last rep.
Moved up about an inch, then I lost it. So close.
Awesome session. Forgot to do rows though >_>
These felt great
Such a good session in terms of energy and comfort. Pretty happy with it
Strength-wise it was fine, but hory fak it was exhausting.
Onslaught of homework is over with, back to gym.
Was pretty unhappy about form on all of the lifts today but I guess it'll improve itself after a few weeks.
Yeah, they're all 3x5. If I do anything other than that, I write it in.
I could write 3x5 every time but I feel like it'll make the log a little messier
First session back since a couple of months ago. Easing into it (kinda)
A lot of things have been happening lately but I finally renewed my membership. Time to get back into it
Currently deciding whether to renew membership at current gym or switching to a new gym.
Will prolong this break a bit to save some money, cos I'm cheap :P
Hope so :D Should be alright as long as this injury heals up nicely
Ahaha thanks brah, means a lot :)
Hopefully I'll be smashing out more PRs in the not too distant future
These weren't as strong as usual. Not too demoralized though.
Finished up with 2x5 40kg
Seems that I injured my left calf muscle playing basketball yesterday. Walking is a bit painful, as is the squat position.
Deadlifts are still fine though, which is surprising but good :)
