EFS onyx bands or rogues bands, although after using both, the onyx are much more durable. I use average/rouges green band, chocked on the pullup bar for facepulls, works really well.
Although its a neat idea, its impractical in the sense that if you drop the bar or some type of injury occurs, you're pretty much ****ed. My buddy accidentally dumped 355 on himself, somehow the bar...
i have a obx 20kg bar and use rouge and regular hi temps with ivanko comp plates and there is absolutely no wiggle. Everything fits snug
1-2.5 hours depending on how beat up my body is and what im doing for the day.

Does anyone know if the westside buffalo bar is the same as the nyb buffalo bar ? I would assume so, considering the same specs. Has anyone used the NYB/Westside buffalo bar ?

-elbow tendinitis + bicep + tricep <- got so bad i was pinching a nerve, and couldnt squeeze my hand
At the end of the day, it all comes down to personal preference. You might absolutely love the 13mm, or you might hate it. 13mm is stiff as ****, ive had mine for 5+ years at once its broken in, it...
for a first time belt i would recommend a 10mm prong. Most people i've talked to prefer their 10mm over the 13, a 10mm prong is just more versatile, than a lever. Saying that, I have a 13mm lever...
Best sleeves i've ever bought. They are almost a exact copy of the old APT ones. I have 3 pairs.
deadlift in wrestling shoes or something with a flat minimal sole. With the squat, experiment and see what you like better, either flat sole or a oly style shoe.
depends on the wraps. Ive had my inzer gripper wraps for, i want to say close to 3? years, maybe longer. They break in, but still are springy and are perfectly fine. I only use them above 85/90%. For...
nothing wrong with 5x5. Aslong as you're making progress, the program doesnt matter.
Inzer 13mm lever belt crew checking in. Best belt ive ever had hands down. I also use a spud 3ply here and there.
TBH i think the RML 690 is one of the best racks for the money and accessories/options. I used to love EFS, but after getting a Rogue rack.. rogue>efs all day.
