    no i dont use cream, i shave against the grain and with it, it comes out real nice. i find that the warm water in the shower really opens up your pores so i sometimes shave my face in there too. lol...

    here's the scoop - I have a sucky bench (225 max. @ 250 lb body weight) legs, arms, back, no prob. just the bench is weak. any ideas of what to do to improve? obviously bench, but reps. sets. etc....
