it has to depend on ur body weight, i dnt kno for sure, but seein how ronnie coleman has a 100grams post workout, the bigger you are the more you can intake. i wud think? :S

if ur that sore put the rest day after work. but remember u have legs! lol u can always do legs then have a rest day, or vice versa. just givin ya some options.
