I started squatting in mid May but I squat with good form. I have been working out very irregularily before this though. Started lifting in Jan 2003 (upper body only).
Yeah I think I'll keep 405 as the goal so after a month whoever squats more reps with good form wins. The reps thing is rather stupid, I realize that now...
