    work your lats first , for sure ... your biceps are worked pretty heavily in chin ups, pull downs, and rowing movements so performing these exercises with tired biceps will result in poor back...

    i would go with pull ups ... 12 reps instead of 15 wont make a big difference , and within a month of doing them you'll be able to get 15+ reps anyways
