I agree that most cable crunches hit upper abs.

I dont Gold's Gym that i go to have any ankle weights.

Ill give the incline sit up bench a try tho.

Looking for suggestions on weighted ab exercise that target lower abs.

I find that most weighted ab machine (hammer strength) mostly works upper abs.
