Agreed on bo jackson and deion, very few athletes can excel in TWO pro sports. Bo Jackson was a beast, 6'0 225lbs 4.2 forty, if not for his hip injury he could have been the greatest running back...

I took some time off from the gym and decided to try p90x, I tweaked the program a bit.

Here's what I did for p90x...I had a power tower already, so in place of regular push ups I did weighted...

Speaking from experience my vertical has decreased since my late thirties. It's quite humbling to go from have some decent hops to barely getting off of the ground.
I guess we all have to get old...

The program probably wouldn't be for you, it really leans you out. At 164lbs you look lean already.

Not busting your balls here, but I play in a 6ft. and under basketball league, and just about everyone on my team, except myself can thump it. 1 in a million might be a bit off.

I guess my point was, if you are good enough then your height won't matter.
