crazy, somewhat of the same thing happened to me... joined wrestling but i lost 30 lbs... so when i got off... i was a lot weaker in the gym with weights
i want to bulk hardcore... but im not sure what to eat / when to eat... how long to eat and etc if anyone can give me advice or the routine they did... id greatly...
