yea thats pretty much all ive been doing is incline bench/dum bell presses and incline flys, and also dips, but dont dips focus more on the lower chest?

I know it's important to eat the proper amount of protein during workout and recovery phases, but if i take a couple weeks off from training, should i still be eating protein as if i was working out...
