    No idea why, cos I'm not medically trained... but, it doesn't sound at all good - my advice to you would be to stop performing whatever exercises are causing it and seek professional help.

    ... been away for a while, hasn't it changed in here! Loads has changed in my life too... changes mostly for the better, but can no longer devote as much time as I used to to training and exercise......
