Im a male 5'11 that weighed 270 last year

I have tried all the major brands recommended on this forum and they all gave me anxiety and kept me up at night ... my doctor says it was probably the B complex so I ordered a stand alone b complex...

I've seen them online and in the frozen food section of the store,but they seem kind of hard to find. Supposed to taste better than regular salmon.

unfortunately fish oil makes me feel weird side effects and I just cant take it although I have tried many times
