I got mine Powertec Rack same time period as duck commander, and I 100% agree on what he said. Nice sold rack, includeing the lat pulldown machine.

The power rack you have chosen on your first message is one I own and quite a few others do. Its a great rack, and in my opinion a good choice.

And to answer your question, with a quality power...

I just wanted to add, that i hope you also get or have a rack or a human spotter then you do these type lifts. (bench presses).

This one does indeed include the big lat tower you see in the picts. I also had my doubts. But i ordered it, and got them both.

I will warn you...

On the powertec site there is a video that shows the lat tower pretty close up and even in operation.
