M2: Tuna + white rice
M3: Fish + white rice
M4: Tuna + White rice
M5: Chicken breast sandwich (brown bread) usually fish and white rice but didn't make the meal
friday = 2 cheat meals day! wooooot
give me today workout
4 exercises (no DL) cuz the 5th is DL
we can make it together
I cheat 2 times a week (on off days 1 meal out of 5 or 6 diet meals)
usually on Tuesday = Burgers day
order: 2 double burger (no cheese) no mayo
yes , they went before me like a year ago , i didn't go cause of the graduation otherwise would waste all these years of studying :s

well the sad part is i didn't see my mother for a year now , sister also
my mother is sick (she had cancer but got 2 operations and got rid of it) but still weak and tired
i hope i can get it...
