my first time i dled i did 90 lbs too.now a month later i am doing 165.basically its all about getting the technique down,and then u increase almost every week for a while.
your form is bad. ur moving ur midsection up, instead of ur whole upper body. try to keep ur spine straight and move up and down.tighten those absssssss.
