To hit quads I would do front squats
The program states to leave some in the tank. Of course if you really wanted that 8th rep you most likely had it. If not do you know how to fail a squat safely?
Man you get low during fronts
Really not much of a grind. There was no point that the lift looked questionable. It was obvious you had it start to finish.
That is one of my favorite things about my husband. He can pretty much do anything.
