yeah they do... i order it all the time. had customs open and check it and everything. never had a problem.

put about 1 small bowl of white rice into a ricecooker... put water in.. rinse a couple of times.. then when you put the ricecooker on set to "cook", do the finger test. firstly the rice should cover...
