You could try lowering the dosage, taking 1/2 a scoop instead of a full scoop or using a stim-free pre-workout. There are plenty good ones out there.

I always recommend people start taking ArA at 1 gram preworkout to assess tolerance, then increase if no sides.

I have a cupboard filled with pre-workouts but the 2 I am constantly using are Animal Rage and Metabolic Bioshock. Both are great in my opinion.

William has formulated some ArA products for other companies so it might be one of them. I can't remember all of the names of products he has formulated.

There have been several people with minor joint issues that have been able to run XFA or even Xfactor with dosing either Cissus or another joint product 4 hours apart from dosing ArA.

Xfactor Advanced and regular Xfactor are both great products. If you already have joint issues then I would recommend taking Xfactor Advanced, as others have said it's the Boswellia that was added.
