Uneventful 4th of July cheat day:
On my way to NYC to visit my family. Should be some good cheat meals over the next few days.

I've been cheating more or less every day for 2 weeks. I stepped on the scale today for the first time in 3 weeks. I'm down 6 lbs and pretty pissed about it.
Unfortunately the pic came out bad, but the lamb was so good.
lol I've been drinking 4L a day since I was 4 years old.
Failed attempt at an egg and onion omlette, plus 2 baked potatoes.
Been cheating at least once a day for the past week. Down 2 lbs.
Store :( It's a treat right now. I don't have the equipment to make my own, but I'm considering investing in some.
EXPENSIVE.
Pre-workout turkey and hummus sandwich on 9 grain bread.
Ate fish and chips and 2 beers for dinner.
Thai beef with veggies stir fried in garlic sauce, with brown rice.

Oversimplifying it I think. What is attractive to one person could be ugly to another.
