Nothing special to report today other then the fact that i again had a fantastic workout. Great energy and focus.

I gotta admit though that I cheated on my eating today...

thats true, but it still tastes amazing!!! Yes, it does taste great in both milk and water, but what surprises me is that IMO it taste better in water(which is pretty rare for me)
