Milos always appears to be in contest shape. Pretty sure it was from 06, saw this in Flex Magazine before.

It was in 06. Jay was doing all the European GPs after his Olympia victory . Milos was supposed to be competing as well, but he decided not to. Jay and Milos both looked great.
