You can lift heavier weight with two hands then one hand. The heavier the weight, the bigger the muscle will grow.
It also depends on the bodypart. the lower body generally needs more reps, so do traps, and for some people lats.
I agree, HIT is more for gaining strength rather then acctually body building.. however it's great for a strength cycle, afterall, the stronger you are, the bigger you can get your muscles. ...
