If you want to add some oil to your shake, I would say olive oil is definetly the one to go with. Also make sure its extra virgin, cold pressed olive oil.

Well, I find if I am eating clean and balanced and then workout, I will be comparitively less sore than if Im not eating good and perform essentially the same workout.

Thats alot of milk for sure. You should always get in plain water. As for how much I usually try to drink enough water so that my urine has a very light yellow hue, its almost clear.
