I also experienced no jitters with shred, unlike other fat-burners.

Animal Pak is good. Unfortunately the amount caps to take is too much. I have also puked a few times after consumption. The smell is horrid.

I am already doing 3x 2 dosing.


Latest I will take is around 6/7pm. So should not be too bad.

I am changing my dosing to 2x morning, 2x afternoon, 2x late evening. As i get hungry @ night.
