Try lifting in the 4-6 rep range for a few months...Go as heavy as possible without sacrificing form, eat like a animal and cut back on the cardio...i think you will gain weight this way..Im a hard...
For Starters cut back on the Cardio, 55 minutes on a stair master is way to much. Everything after 20-30 minute is probably burning muslce. When trying to bulk i maybe do cardio 2-3 times a week
