I have only stepped into a gym once in my life (aside from school) and that was to see Lee Haney speak back in the 90's. I have all I need in my home gym.
I have a Pro-Elite selectorized lat-low row from BFS. They make great stuff at great prices (when on sale). BFS has sales that are 20% off and free shipping.
I have three of the wall control panels. Great product.
They have 100, 200, and 300lb capacities. I went with the 200s.
I thought I'd share a great little $6 purchase (actually $24 because I bought 4) from Home Depot. I'm not sure if there has already been a post or thread about these. Initially I was using these to...
I put a low profile ceiling fan in my room and love it. Regular portable fans tend to be too loud.
I would contact (call) Dean at Black Widow Training Gear to see what he can put together for you. He's in Long Island if I recall correctly.
Thanks
Thanks. I'm not 100% convinced that it being attached to the bedroom is the best location. We insulated and isolated it a bit (for sound) but its VERY easy for the wife to open up...

Considering the MOI and "pop" sound it is likely a costosternal joint. Ice it and have it looked at. BTW, I love weighted dips. Theyre probably my favorite movement but they always cause sternal...
I recently went through all of the options and as a result of this forum opted for stall mats. No question stall mats are a easy choice.
My new space is what I thought would be way too small to get things done. In fact I was already planning a 700 sq ft detached space. This turned out to be fine. Sure I'd love more space but what I...
Works great for everything other than squats
This ones a 6ft curl bar but rackable. Its probably 35 lbs max so the weight is around 125. I'll usually stick to a little lighter weight than that for preachers but I was using it for lower reps.
Thanks. It was a lot of fun finally being able to put this stuff together. Its an EliteFTS 3x3 but I added the half rack spotter arms. I underestimated how much I'd like the arms. Now I can set it...
I dont have space left for a preacher bench so I decided to improvise using the rack (outside spotter arms) and a bench pad from a preacher off Amazon that was around $100. The bench itself was too...
