    Saturated fat- 20g or 30g per day?

    Some sources say 20g a day, others say 30g. I'm trying to stick to 20g per day at the moment, but it's tough because I normally go over at dinner.

    Don't like cottage cheese?

    I just discovered that in 100g of them cheese slices (that's 5 slices) there's 200 calories, 20g of protein, 10g of fat, and 4g of carbs.
