What exactly did you do? Im a BJJ purple belt, and recently starting eating organic and clean for a tournament 3 months from now. I could use some help.

Ran 3 miles Stairs for 1 mile Ate a halibut with olive oil and asparagus on the side
Had a cup of green tea 1 slice of wheat toast with strawberry jam 4 strips of turkey bacon 1 whole egg/ 2 egg whites baked potato And some guac Doing Brazilian jiu jitsu at 11 am
Since I'm short I want to just lean out with not too much muscle. I also want to live a healthy life style .
