I am still plugging away at 58, not making much for gains anymore but don't care, just love lifting. :)
58 here and been Plant Based for over 6 years now, sure has helped keep my BP down.
I have been plant based (Vegan) for almost 6 years now. I have not lost any strength or size, but the one big difference is my joints feel wayyy better now.

I used to have shoulder problems. Stopped ~2" from chest on BB press and shoulders have been waaayy better. :)

I have been rotating this routine and lyles GBR for a couple of years now, both have worked for me. After I come back on vacation I am going to try something totally different though (HST)...
I am going to Waikiki beach on sunday for a week fr our 25th anniversary. Just going to use the week as a "deload" and enjoy my week off.:)
I am doing HST now, so every 6 weeks I take a week off.

Keep cutting. i have been around 1800 2000 kcals for months now.... I'm very close to my goal of 10% and it is a good feeling.:)
i would have to second this. took about a year and now these old shoulders are almost as good as new. :)
I started at 49yo sooo yup, too old. :)
