    i though for weight training you have to do heigh...

    i though for weight training you have to do heigh reps and for strength you have to do low reps?

    how much is too much?

    I been working out for 1.5 years now. and is this over doing it? or this is fine.

    each exersice i do 3 sets. 1st set is 15 reps, 2nd set is 12 reps, 3rd set is 10 reps.
    so total i do 12-15 set...

    Cant seem to gain muscles. HELP ASAP?

    ok i have NO idea why i am not gain muscles. plz any one tell me any tips what i am doing wrong. i beeing going to gym for 6 months. i can see i am alot stronger but no muscles.
