    Alright so i just started hardcore working out ( by this i mean acually know what im going to do before i go to gym and have set times and such) for about 6 months. I just finished P90x like a month...

    I personally love training boxing great cardio and fat loss never did lift there though but I would recamend ( bad speller) going for like 12 plus reps so it's not hardcore lifting but up to you man

    sick after drinking whey

    Everytime i drink whey protein with both milk and water i always feel sick like a really bad stomach ache and like 15 minutes after that i usaully puke it all out.... i try to tuff it out sometimes...
